1. The Two-Step Delivery Timeline
All of our products are custom-made specifically for you once you place an order.
- Production Time: It typically takes 2–5 business days to print and quality-check your items before they are shipped.
- Shipping Time: After production is complete, delivery usually takes:
- Domestic (USA & Canada): 3–5 business days.
- International: 10–20 business days (depending on your location).
Estimated Delivery Time = Production (2-5 days) + Shipping (3-5 days).
2. Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your weight and destination.
3. Multiple Shipments
To get your items to you as fast as possible, your order may arrive in multiple packages. Because we work with specialized printing partners for different products (e.g., hats are made in one facility, mugs in another), they may ship separately at no extra cost to you.
4. Tracking Your Order
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility. Please note that it can take 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update once the carrier scans the package.
5. Customs & Duties (For International Orders)
Please be aware that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes once the shipment reaches your country. BillsPhotoShop.com is not responsible for these charges; they are the responsibility of the customer.
